Keith is the Manager of Planning and Accountability for the Skills and Learning Branch, Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education.
A career civil servant, Keith has held many roles within the Province of Nova Scotia, all of which have been underpinned by an evidence-based approach to public management. Keith has considerable experience in program evaluation, strategic planning and agreement negotiation and management. His current role includes stewarding the Canada-Nova Scotia Labour Market Transfer Agreements and helping ensure that the opportunities and benefits of the agreements are maximized for the betterment of Nova Scotia’s workforce.
Keith holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the Dalhousie School of Public Management, a LSS Green Belt and is certified in change management.
