Welcome Message from the Conference Co-Chairs
On behalf of the Host Committee, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the 2019 Canadian Lean Summit in Fredericton, Atlantic Canada’s Riverfront Capital sitting along the trail-lined banks of the splendid St. John River.
The theme of this year’s conference is, “Join us to share, learn, and inspire one another.” We will begin with an engaging opening keynote speaker, Buhle Dlamini, an organizational culture and diversity expert who speaks worldwide, is an award-winning entrepreneur, and author of six books. Buhle enables you to make the most of the diversity in the new world of work, creating effective, inclusive workplaces that result in exponential growth. You will then be treated to two full days packed with skillful and enthusiastic presenters from the private and public sectors, sharing their skills and knowledge in continuous improvement practices.
Conference sessions will include Lean Six Sigma tools and case studies showcasing successes and lessons learned, along with the very popular Rapid Fire presentations from fellow improvement practitioners sharing their stories. Our closing keynote speaker is the laugh out loud funny, Meg Soper. Meg is a leading motivational humorist speaker in North America. She will leave you energized, inspired, and motivated.
On Tuesday night, join us for some east coast fun with a lobster-cracking Maritime Kitchen Party. Guests will enjoy great entertainment and a delicious lobster and prime rib dinner.
We are proud of the conference’s growth and its history of selling out. We invite you to use our online registration system and reserve your spot now!
See you in Fredericton.
