Welcome Message from the Conference Co-Chairs
On behalf of the Host Committee, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the 2017 Canadian Lean Summit in Fredericton.
The theme of the Conference is “Learn. Share. Transform.: Using Lean in the Public and Private sector to improve service to your customers, drive efficiency, increase effectiveness and add value to your business.” This year’s program will begin with an outstanding Opening Keynote speaker, Gary Anaka, talking about Brain Wellness. You will then be treated to two full days packed with high profile presenters from the private and public sectors, sharing their skills and knowledge in lean practices.
New this year, are the two lean streams that are tailored to the novice and advanced lean practitioner. This will allow participants to select presentations suited to their needs and offer an atmosphere that is engaging to everyone. Also new this year, is your choice of one of three half-day workshops that will provide hands-on skills training.
World renowned storyteller and professional speaker Paul Huschilt will close the Conference like no other. All of the key lessons, messages, and highlights of the conference will be played back to you in an amazing comic summary. Paul uses his sharp wit, imagination, and talent as a performer to highlight the teachings of the Conference with comedy, summary and song.
Also, join us for a night of rustic down-home fun with a lobster-cracking Maritime Kitchen Party. Guests will enjoy great entertainment and a delicious lobster dinner - east coast style.
We are extremely grateful to Mayor Mike O’Brien, and the Fredericton team for their dedication and support to our Conference.
Last year’s event sold out and this year is sure to be a repeat– we invite you to use our on-line registration system to reserve your spot now!
See you in Fredericton!
