Ann Flynn, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Manager of Special Projects, City of Fredericton, New Brunswick
Ann Flynn is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an experienced human resource professional who has worked in organizational development and improvement. She currently assists the City of Fredericton with implementation of their strategic priorities. She formerly held the position of Manager of Improvement and Innovation for the City.
Ann has considerable experience with quality management systems and has been actively integrating the principles, tools, and techniques of Lean and Six Sigma into the management system at the City.
Ann values her work with management teams in bringing about system change, is continually seeking physical and intellectual challenges, and is always looking for opportunities for personal and professional growth and development. She enjoys teaching and facilitating learning events with adults.
