Carolyn Stevens joined the City of Fredericton’s Continuous Improvement group in June 2018 after 8 years in Dispatch services. With her enthusiasm for exploring new ideas, understanding people, and creativity she easily transitioned to her role as a project team lead. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Waste Walk trainer, and key facilitator on various corporate initiatives such as disaster response planning and operational optimization. She regularly assists with Rapid Improvement Events and Enterprise Value Stream Mapping, focusing on enhancing the way the City of Fredericton operates.
