Chris Puhach, Staff Sergeant, Organizational Development & Support Division, Winnipeg Police Service, Manitoba
Chris Puhach is a 20 year veteran of the Winnipeg Police Service and the current Staff Sergeant of the Organizational Development & Support Division. Chris has had a diverse career, working in all branches of the organization from uniform patrol to plain clothes and support services. He is a former supervisor of the Missing Persons and Evidence Control Units. Chris is Lean Black Belt certified and most notably, for the past five years, he has been leading members of the Winnipeg Police Service on a Lean journey and cultural shift towards continuous improvement.
