Dale Schattenkirk, Director of Advisory Services. is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Human Resource Professional with over seventeen years of experience in consulting, training, development and implementation of process improvement methodologies. Schattenkirk and his team specialize in efficiency, effectiveness, and are experts in business transformation. He has over 60 published articles, is a regular keynote speaker in various locations across Canada and the United States, and is currently under contract writing a book on Leadership.
Schattenkirk works with all levels of organizations from frontline personnel CEO’s to teach practical applications of Lean Six Sigma and to support their teams enabling them to transform and sustain the Lean Six Sigma methodology in their work environment.
Schattenkirk’s team was awarded the Lieutenant Governor’s Award of the Saskatchewan Regional group by the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC), for their success in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma within the Five Hills Health Region. He is also a recipient of Industry Weeks Top 10 Plant Award (team), one of only two companies to ever receive this award in Canada.
