Gail has also been working in education for the past 20 years. She has been a high school teacher, an administrator, and a literacy specialist for the district. She is currently working and learning as an Alignment Champion for Anglophone School District North. Gail has presented at various conferences on the power of formative assessment to move learning forward. She too is excited to be working with educators on improving our system using the tools and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma.
