Glenn Tombia is an MBA candidate at the University of Guelph’s Sustainable Commerce program. He holds a Masters certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, and Commerce degree in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph. He has led continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing, financial services and in health services with hospitals and municipal government in Ontario. He is currently the Region of Peel’s Health Services BPM Lead. The common thread in all of this diversity has been the identification and resolution of complex business problems. Whether it is strategic planning, performance analysis, process improvement or innovation the key is asking the right questions and developing answers to them using a practical approach.
