We are three members of the Performance Excellence Team at the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. As a group of Lean Six Sigma practitioners we have a diverse background of previous work experiences and formal education including business administration, sciences and engineering disciplines. This has enabled a collaborative environment where as a group we have facilitated department wide initiatives and tackled complex business problems.
