Jeannette Goneau strongly believes that problem solving is much more effective when it’s done collaboratively. She has been fostering this approach throughout improvement activities as an Advisor, Continuous Improvement at the House of Commons. She is a versatile thinker with proven success in helping people attain their full potential. Jeannette is a Certified Lean Master and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Before joining the Continuous Improvement team at the House of Commons, she spent more the 22 years leading and managing operations in several departments across the organization, ranging from Committees of the House to Fleet and Bus services on Parliament Hill.
Jeannette has a degree in Computer Science and Accounting. In her spare time Jeannette loves to run, bake, spend time with her grandsons and two golden retrievers.
