Kevin is a Continuous Improvement Facilitator for the City of Saint John and is currently completing his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Previously, Kevin worked as the Manager of the City Market for the City’s Facility Management Division. With a background in business and marketing, his experience has lent itself well to the LSS methodologies and the Continuous Improvement program as a whole.
Since May of 2016, Kevin has worked on and continues to support several projects, including Fleet Utilization, Market Square HVAC, Linear Line Street Painting, Market Square Parking, Fleet Preventative Maintenance I Scheduling, and City Market Garbage Removal.
