Melinda Munro is a consultant to municipal government and not for profits in service delivery, performance measurement and strategic planning. She has provided service and performance development advice to the City of Vancouver, the City of Windsor, the County of Oxford (Ontario) and the City of Edmonton. Melinda has also presented and provided training on performance measurement to the Municipal Finance Officers Association of Ontario, the Municipal Benchmarking Network Canada and the Government Finance Officers Association.
Melinda is an engaging presenter and trainer who focuses on the practical reality of the complexities of government and the day to day pressures of service delivery.
Melinda is trained as a lawyer and has worked in both provincial and municipal government. She believes that our communities can be just, safe, open, accessible and effective.
