Melissa Stark (Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & MLT) has been with Horizon Health Network (prior South East Regional Health Authority) since 2005 where she has been involved in several large scale clinical and quality improvement projects. Most recently, she has moved to the Performance Excellence Program as a Process Improvement Facilitator where she is current leading a number of Lean Six Sigma projects throughout the health authority.
As well as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree, Health Service Administration Diploma, Canadian Patient Safety Officer Certificate and is certified with the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Technologists.
