Paul is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in process improvement with over 20 years of experience as a Lean Thinking specialist. Paul has worked with organizations in a wide variety of environments from Manufacturing, High volume, Low Volume, Job Shops, to Healthcare and Public sector organizations.
Believing that improving organizations is centred around educating people within those enterprises to effectively tackle problems on their own Paul has helped organizations develop education curriculums that serve to build internal Lean Thinking capacity. At present Paul is working with the City of Edmonton as their Corporate Continuous Improvement Manager.
