Rod Morgan, Lean/Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt (MBB), Senior Consultant – EZsigma, Group and Lead Instructor for LSS at the Schulich Executive Education Centre, Toronto, Ontario
Rod Morgan is a senior consultant with EZSigma Group and lead instructor in the Lean Six Sigma programs at the renowned Schulich School of Business. He also serves as faculty for Schulich’s Masters Certificate in Healthcare Management program. Having instructed and coached thousands of Black Belts, Green Belts and Champions in Canada and internationally, Mr. Morgan is one of Canada’s foremost Lean Six Sigma trainers and practitioners.
He is frequently in demand as a speaker on quality at conferences where he leverages his diverse experience in enterprise information technologies, retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, healthcare, finance and the public sector.
Mr. Morgan has managed hundreds of successful improvement initiatives and Lean/CI cultural transformations for some of Canada’s most notable organizations.
In his role as Vice President of Program Management, Rod is also responsible for EZSigma’s internal training programs with a mandate to ensure that all EZSigma trainers meet the standards established for Master Black Belt instructors within EZSigma as well as Schulich and other academic partners. Drawing on over twenty-five years of change management, quality systems deployment, project leadership and organizational transformation, Rod brings clients a wealth of experience and successful results.
