Todd Pettigrew earned his Bachelor’s degree of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick. He worked at the New Brunswick Department of Environment (1999-00), the Saskatchewan Department of Environment (2000-05) and international aquaculture and marine company Cards Aquaculture Products (2005-08). He first joined the City of Bathurst in April 2008 as Director of Engineering, this for six months, before taking on the role of City Engineer.  Todd assumed the role of CAO for the the City of Bathurst in 2017.

Mr. Pettigrew brings forth a wealth of experience in professional engineering within the municipal and provincial landscape. He credits the training in Lean Six Sigma provided by the City of Fredericton with helping him to develop a strategic approach towards continuous improvement and efficiency for the City of Bathurst.
