Victoria Etchegary has worked at the City of St. John’s for over five years. In her short time with the City, Victoria has led large change initiatives including the development and deployment of the City’s public engagement framework and undertaken significant program and governance reviews. Since 2017, she has been leading the City’s continuous improvement transformation journey and has achieved her Green Belt level certification. Victoria also manages the City’s strategic planning and organizational development functions.

Prior to working for the City, Victoria spent 16 years with the federal government in a variety of capacities including leadership development; management engagement and communications.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology; a Bachelor of Public Relations and a Master’s Degree in Education. She is a coaching practitioner; a facilitator and trainer; a certified emotional intelligence assessor and is currently completing a Certificate in Organizational Development from Queen’s University.
